EXSC 637 Exercise Program Design This course provides information related to exercise programming in both the clinical and performance settings. Students will review techniques related to fitness assessment. The development, implementation, and management of exercise programs will be discussed related to both settings. Exercise counseling, behavior modification, and risk management will be covered. Completion of EXSC 636 , and this course, prepare students for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Exercise Specialist exam.
