ECON 530 Health Economic Analysis This course utilizes economic theory and statistical tools to analyze the production, distribution, and utilization of health care resources. The behavior of patients, medical care providers, third-party payers, and employers in health care markets will be examined in the context of three important social health care issues: health care spending, patient access, and health outcomes.
