PAS 621 Patient Assessment for Physician Assistants II This is the second in a three-part series of courses designed to prepare the physician assistant student with the information and skills to obtain a medical history and perform a complete physical examination on any patient, with special sensitivity to gender, age and cultural background. The course will also introduce the physician assistant student to the procedures and common laboratory test analysis that they will encounter in routine practice both in their clinical year, and as health care providers. Laboratory time with practical experience will be provided with simulated and real models for use by students.
