PAS 640 Pathophysiology for Physician Assistants I The first course in a three-part series meant to introduce the student to the mechanisms of human disease and injury using a body system approach. A problem-based learning methodology will be used to integrate anatomic and physiologic principles and develop and understanding of the disease process with emphasis on epidemiology, etiology, clinical manifestations, treatment, prevention and prognosis.
