HIST 546 Nazi Germany An in-depth exploration of the National Socialist (Nazi) government of Germany and its policies. In addition to the Second World War and the Holocaust, due attention will be given to less well-known aspects of the Nazi period, such as the electoral strategies of the early Nazi movement; the sterilization and murder of the disabled by the National Socialist regime; and the impact of the Nazis’ biological theories on the arts and culture in the Third Reich.
