AGIN 519 Assessing and Preventing Elder Abuse This course will provide students with an in-depth knowledge of elder abuse and its prevention. Topics include the shifting demographics of our population, types of abuse, risk factors for victims and for those who commit abuse, screening tools and assessment of abuse, interventions, community resources, and elder abuse prevention advocacy.
