EM 559 Lean Production Management
The course covers lean strategic, tactical, and operational oversight to service/manufacturing production planning, managing processes for production, and distributing products and services. Emphasizing on SCM, production processes, service systems, simulation, and quantitative analysis of problems/ issues arising in operations management.
