EMBA 604 Financial Management This course stresses the role of finance in strategic decision-making to enhance shareholders’ value. Through case analysis, students will demonstrate that they are competent in analyzing a firm’s financial statements in differing economic and situational environments and presenting the results of that analysis and conclusions in written business reports. Topics covered may include, but are not limited to, working capital management, capital budgeting, financing, investment banking, mergers and acquisition, valuation, and international finance.
