CTWE 202 Disabled in the U.S.A. - Rights, Prejudice, Claims and Responsibilities Examines responsibility of society from legal perspective towards persons with disabilities, including intensive examination of their rights in all aspects of society, their challenges and strategies for successful integration in diverse settings. Explores skills necessary to assist in protecting rights and assist in defending lawsuits filed by the disabled.
