BIO 547 Scanning Electron Microscopy A lecture-laboratory course that provides the basic theory and practice of scanning electron microscopy. Lectures are coordinated with individualized instruction on laboratory equipment. Students design and conduct an original research project that is presented in both written and oral forms at the end of the semester. Counts as a technique course.
