CNST 512 Construction Project Scheduling and Control
This course introduces basic, intermediate and advanced project scheduling and control techniques and their application within the construction industry. The course addresses techniques for improved project planning, execution and control on major construction programs and includes the use of modern PM software.
Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
