ECE 616 Curriculum and Environments This class provides an in-depth examination of early childhood education curriculum frameworks and standards across the developmental domains and content areas. It will investigate developmentally appropriate pedagogy and playful environments supporting the development of children from birth through eight years. This will include supporting children with special needs and from diverse backgrounds. Therefore, a minimum of ten clinical hours is required.

Prerequisites - Restriction by Major - Early Childhood Education [M.A.] Restriction by Degree Type - Graduate standing
Additional Information - The course may only fulfill Early Childhood Education [M.A.] requirements if the student earns a “C” or above grade.
