EDST 802 Seminar 3: Education, Communities and Globalization Examines the impact of globalization on children, families, communities and institutions and analyzes the economic, social and educational policies shaping public health, the environment, housing, technology, food security, work, child care, and public education. Implications for educational practice and research in diverse contexts are emphasized.
