FIN 580 Financial Administration Policies This course highlights the role of finance in strategic decision-making with a view to enhancing shareholders’ value. This course uses the case method of instruction. Topics covered can include but are not limited to, working capital management, capital budgeting, financing, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and international finance.

Additional Information - The prerequisite is also met with credit in a FIN 502 equivalent or a grade of C or above in a FIN 350 equivalent. The equivalent course must be completed within five years from an AACSB-accredited program.
