NURS 502 Advanced Health Assessment This course is designed to assist students in refining history taking, psychosocial assessment, and physical assessment skills. Content focuses on the assessment of clients across their life span. Emphasis is placed on detailed health history taking, assessment, interpretation, diagnostic reasoning, and documentation of normal and abnormal findings.
