NURS 831 Leadership for Advanced Practice Nurses Leadership for Advanced Practice Nurses will provide students with an overview of leadership principles and practices. The course will provide students with content related to forecasting, decision making, work redesign, quality improvement, project management and cost effectiveness to empower students to embrace leadership roles.
