NURS 860 Health Policy & Advocacy for Health Care Professionals This course provides an overview of the American political system, the legislative process, and its influences on health policy. Current health policy issues related to administration, advanced practice nursing, patient outcomes, and other disciplines will be addressed. Students will develop skills to critically analyze and evaluate health policy and related processes.
