BIO 446 Genome Analysis


This introductory course to genomics involves the study of genome data and exploration of the organization, dynamics, and evolution of genes and genomes. The laboratory component involves analyses of genes, genomic variation/DNA fingerprinting, DNA sequences, and molecular evolution.
