SWRK 120 Introduction to Social Work Services and Professional Roles This course introduces students to the social work profession by examining types of social work services, foundational concepts, and roles that social workers play. Students analyze social work practices across diverse environments, focusing on specific target populations, including those who have been historically vulnerable, marginalized, and oppressed.
