SWRK 409 Generalist Social Work Practice with Groups This course prepares students for social work group practice. Students will learn about group types, and the community context and influences of social and economic injustice on various groups. Students will learn about group engagement, assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and termination, and practice group facilitation skills necessary to work effectively with diverse groups.
