PLSC 317 Constitutional Law: Criminal Due Process, Privacy and Economic Rights The course concentrates on the application of the U.S. Constitution in the areas of criminal due process, privacy, and economic rights. Special emphasis is placed on landmark decisions pertaining to Amendments Four through Eight as well as the due process clause of the 14th Amendment.
