Basic concepts of surveying operations and computations; theories of errors and their analysis; fundamental concepts of horizontal, vertical, and angular measurement; horizontal and vertical control systems; traverse computations; location of human-made structures; methods of measuring area; computation of horizontal and vertical curves.
