COUN 575 Addictions Counseling The course introduces participants to the knowledge, concepts, and counseling methods utilized in the addictions field. The prospective counselor will acquire a foundation for working with clients affected by their own or someone else’s addiction, including assessment and diagnosis, models of etiology, and treatment approaches.
