COUN 694 Ethical, Legal and Professional Issues in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
To work in community/agency settings, counselors must be aware of current issues in the profession. This course provides opportunities to explore ethical and legal issues, mental health counselor identity and relationships with other professionals, credentialing, and managed care. Principles of clinical supervision and mental health consultation will be addressed.
Credit 3 hrs May be repeated for additional credit
