DTC 638 Cultural Nutrition and Nutritional Ecology


A critical investigation of beliefs, cultural values, and consequent behaviors, with an emphasis on how they impact nutritional status. Examination of issues in the political, physical and social environments that impact the availability of food and nutrients in the United States’ food supply.
