HRM 685 - Hospitality Operations Management Project This culminating class is an in-depth study of the application of knowledge and skills acquired through classroom study and industry work experience. The use of strategic vision and planning when addressing current operational problems in food service of lodging site involving human resources, financial impact, marketing, service quality and global application issues will be included.
Credit Hours: 3 hrs Grade Mode: Normal (A-F)

Prerequisite(s): , , TS 507 and three 500- or 600-level HRM courses
