ACC 240 - Principles of Financial Accounting


Use and development of financial information about economic organizations, with special emphasis on the use of financial statements and their creation in the business decision-making and reporting process.

Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit

Prerequisite(s) (Level 3 Math Placement) or (an Elementary Algebra placement test score of at least 83 points) or (a grade of C or better in MATH 098  or MATH 098B ) or (one of the following: MATH 104 , MATH 105 , MATH 107 , MATH 110 , MATH 112 , MATH 119 , MATH 120 , or STAT 170 )
