AVFT 321 - Cockpit and Crew Resource Management


The major elements in the process of planning and managing airports are presented including This course will present an introduction to the theories and concepts that make up the elements of cockpit and crew resource management (CRM). Topics including aviation human factors, high integrity flight teams, stress and performance, situational awareness and assessment, decision making, conflict resolution and problem solving will be explored.
