COSC 215 - Scientific Simulation An introductory, non-calculus based, interdisciplinary course in simulation for the sciences, gaming, and engineering. Modeling dynamically changing systems. Approximations and errors. Single scale and multi-scale models. Grid and particle systems. May be team taught by faculty in computer science, physics, chemistry, earth science, biology and others.
