DTC 330 - Nutrition Therapy I


Students receive the first in a series of didactic instructions related to various disease states and means of medical nutrition therapy. Learning activities are coordinated to prepare students for professional practice with patients/clients and implementation of nutrition interventions as defined in the Nutrition Care Process.

Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit

Prerequisite(s) DTC 202 , DTC 230 , and CHEM 351  
Department Permission is required

Major Restriction(s) Dietetics [BS]  or Human Nutrition Minor
