IS 215 - Information Systems for Business This course covers concepts, tools, and problem-solving techniques in business information systems. The main topics of this course are: IT infrastructure, data communications and network, data management, electronic business, strategic information systems such as ERP, CRM, and SCM, the role of information systems in business processes, security, impact of IS on society, and business applications using Microsoft Office.
