LEGL 400 - Advanced Legal Writing, Research and Analysis III


This course will build upon LEGL 304W  and LEGL 305 . Students will refine their legal writing skills through critical thinking by integrating legal analysis, writing, and research. Research problems will focus on federal law. Plain English will also be discussed.

Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit

Prerequisite(s) LEGL 304W  and LEGL 305  
Competency in computer assisted legal research is required.  A minimum grade of “C” is required in each Paralegal [BS]  core course.
