MATH 312 - Theory of Interest Fundamental concepts of financial mathematics, and how those concepts are applied in calculating present and accumulated values for various streams of cash flows. Topics include time value of money, annuities, loans, bonds, investment portfolios, immunization, futures, options, and swaps.
