MSL 201L1 - Leadership and Decision Making [GELB] Students identify successful leadership characteristics through observation of others and self through experimental learning exercises. Students record observed traits (good and bad) in a dimensional leadership journal and discuss observations in small group settings, additional physical fitness training and additional time management training.

Prerequisite(s) MSL 101L1 and MSL 102L1 This course requires medical fitness statement, DA Form 3425-R, signed by a physician. Pick up a form at 18 Roosevelt prior to the first day of class.
