PDD 450 - Lean Enterprise
Overview of lean philosophy and lean practices. Application of lean practices in manufacturing and service industries. Topics include by are not limited to standardized work, muda, kanban, 5S, jidoka, value stream mapping, JIT and Hoshin planning.
