PEGN 124L1 - Fitness Walking [GELB] This course is designed to provide students with basic knowledge of physical fitness and healthy lifestyle principles. Power walking is a program that trains muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and promotes total body health.
Credit 1 hr May be repeated for additional credit, total credits not to exceed 2 hrs Grade Mode Normal (A-F) Course Rotation Fall, Winter, and Summer
