PHED 260 - Motor Development This course will focus on principles of motor development with implications for learning fine and gross motor skills. The theoretical component of the class is reinforced by practical, in-class lab sessions in which students analyze and assess fundamental motor skills. Specific emphasis will be placed on the manner in which growth & maturation, environmental variables, and individual differences influence the attainment of motor proficiency throughout the lifespan.
