SMGT 421 - Sport Governance, Regulation and Policy This course is designed to introduce sport management undergraduate students to the various and differing structures of governance and regulation associated with high school, college, Olympic, and professional sports competition. It will also provide an overview of the historical development of the governing bodies, federations, conferences, and leagues that administer and regulate amateur and professional athletics.
