PHIL 310W - Aesthetics [GEWI] A study of philosophical issues relating to works of art and other aesthetic objects. Possible topics include the nature of aesthetic attitude, evaluation, aesthetic meaning and truth, expression in art, the nature of a work of art and basic value of art, the kinds of concepts used to talk about the arts.
