PLSC 361 - Russian Politics Course explores the continuing political, economic, and social transformation of Russia, the largest and most powerful successor state of the Soviet Union. Current political patterns and trends are analyzed within the broader context of Russian and Soviet political history and compared to democratic transformations in other post-communist states.
