PLSC 385 - Judicial Process and Behavior

Course examines the judicial process in the United States and analyzes the decision-making behavior of litigants lawyers, and judges. Attention will be given to the ways in which political scientists study the courts.

Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
