PLSC 462 - Russian Foreign Relations An examination of Russia’s international relations and foreign policy from the tsarist period to the present. Particular attention is given to how Russia’s turbulent domestic politics shapes its foreign policy and international behavior, Russia’s contemporary international role, its relations with other post-Soviet states, and interactions with major powers, including the U.S.
