SOCL 307 - Sociology of Work This course addresses the dynamics of paid, unpaid, and marginalized work; managerial control and worker resistance; work and family conflicts; connections between local and global economies; and how gender; race/ethnicity, social class. age, citizenship, and sexuality shape the opportunities and rewards of work.
