SOCL 489L4 - Internship in Sociology [GELB] Students are assigned a minimum of eight hours per week to a governmental or private organization dealing with a sociological problem, issue, service or concern. The placement, in agreement with the field instructor, provides supervised learning experiences appropriate to the objectives of the undergraduate program. A weekly seminar relates field experience to theory.
