EXSC 410 - Exercise Testing A laboratory course that emphasizes exercise testing and assessment techniques based on the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines. Specific instruction will focus on assessment of the five health-related components of physical fitness: body composition, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.
