EXSC 410 - Exercise Testing


A laboratory course that emphasizes exercise testing and assessment techniques based on the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines. Specific instruction will focus on assessment of the five health-related components of physical fitness: body composition, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

Credit 4 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit

Prerequisite(s) PHED 205  or EXSC 300  
Students must achieve candidacy status prior to enrolling in this course.
