PEGN 133L1 - Women’s Fitness [GELB] This course is designed to provide basic and advanced fitness concepts to educate female students how to develop a comprehensive physical activity program. Topics include basic components of fitness (cardiovascular, body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility) as it relates to women’s health.
