CRM 410 - Forensic Science Evidence in Criminal Cases


A study of scientific evidence in criminal cases, the standards used to prevent “junk science”, the reliability of common forms of evidence (fingerprints, handwriting, hair, bite marks, ballistics, fire and Arson, blood stains, and social sciences testimony), and the impact of DNA exoneration on the reliability of forensic science evidence.
