PHED 309 - Methods of Teaching Outdoor Pursuits and Adventure Education This course is dedicated to the promotion of physical activity, wellness, and an appreciation of nature through experience-based outdoor pursuits and adventure education. This course will prepare students to facilitate team-building, adventure education, and basic outdoor activities to a variety of participants with a focus on the implementation of leadership, theory, and methodology of adventure education.
