SMGT 363 - Sport Risk Management
This course is designed to introduce sport management majors to sport risk management issues, including liability associated with negligence by venue-operators, fans, participants, coaches, and officials. Other issues covered in this course include employment discrimination, Title IX, termination clauses, waivers, and trademarks.
