DTC 204 - Sports Nutrition Study of the digestion, absorption, metabolism and functions of nutrients directly related to physical performance. Emphasis is placed on nutritional knowledge and practice specific to athletic training and exercise science.

Prerequisites - (CHEM 120 with a “C” or better or CHEM 121 /122 with a “C” or better ) and (BIO 252 , BIO 326 , EXSC 202 , or EXSC 269 ) Other Restrictions - Restriction by Major - Exercise Science [BS] (including Intent), Athletic Training [BS + MATR] (Intent), or Exercise Science + Exercise Physiology [BS + MS] Restriction by Class - Undergraduate standing
